The Pediatric Hospital Medicine Fellowship at Dell Medical School welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and experiences. The program uses a holistic review process to recruit self-directed learners who seek to further develop their skills as clinician-educators, scholars and leaders in the field of pediatric hospital medicine.

Eligibility

Applicants must be graduates of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education-accredited pediatric or medicine-pediatrics residency and board-certified or board-eligible in general pediatrics. The program does not offer international visa support.

Application Procedure

All fellowship training positions are offered via the National Residency Matching Program and applications will be processed through the Electronic Residency Application Service. Please visit the ERAS website for information on how to apply. As Pediatric Hospital Medicine is a competitive fellowship match, we encourage submission of applications by September 1.

Interview Process

All interviews will be held in August and September in a format that is in accordance with national pediatric education society recommendations. In accordance with recommendations provided by APPD/CoPS/AMSPDC, all interviews will be virtual for the 2023-2024 interview season.
