The mission of the Pediatric Hospital Medicine program is to train the next leaders in pediatric hospital care. As the program continues along the journey to accreditation as a pediatric subspecialty, it is motivated to provide evidence-based care to the pediatric population with a focus on value-based initiatives in a setting that supports the development of pediatric trainees and medical students. The program strives to contribute to the national standards for pediatric hospital care and is interested in recruiting self-directed fellows who desire a balance of clinical work, scholarly activity and administrative leadership.
The Pediatric Hospital Medicine Fellowship is affiliated with the Department of Pediatrics.
