The Pediatric Residency program trains physicians who graduate well-prepared to provide health care in all settings, from primary care pediatrics to highly subspecialized care. The program features an individualized curriculum tailored to the resident’s educational and career goals and provides comprehensive exposure to both general pediatrics and subspecialty medicine.
The program has recently expanded to include 21 residents per year and three fourth-year chief residents. Residents rotate primarily at Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas, which provides highly specialized care to the children of Central Texas.
