The Neuroendovascular Fellowship offers structured and advanced training in endovascular procedures, which include neuroendovascular surgery, interventional neuroradiology, endovascular neurosurgery, surgical neuroangiography, interventional neurology and endovascular surgical neuroradiology.
Training requirements are tailored to the clinical background of each applicant in alignment with the current requirements set by the Committee on Advanced Subspecialty Training and the United Council for Neurologic Subspecialties.
Eligibility
- M.D or D.O.
- U.S citizenship or permanent resident
- Radiologists: Completion of a radiology ACGME residency and a diagnostic neuroradiology fellowship
- Neurologists: Completion of a neurology ACGME residency and a one-year stroke/vascular neurology fellowship or two-year neurocritical care fellowship
- Neurosurgeons: Completion of a neurosurgery ACGME residency
How to Apply
The next available fellowship position will begin in July 2029. The program participates in the neurointerventional fellowship match through the National Resident Matching Program. Applicants must apply via the ERAS system beginning in Fall 2027. Interviews will be conducted during the winter and the match is scheduled for May 2028.
Interview Process
The program director and faculty will review all applications, and the program coordinator will extend interview invitations to selected candidates. All interviews will be held virtually.
