Applicants must have completed an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education-accredited training program in plastic surgery to be considered for the program.
To apply, submit an application online via the American Society of Craniofacial Surgeons fellowship directory by August 31. Some late applications may be accepted based upon individual circumstances. Applicants must also register for the match via SF Match.
