Biography
Amanda grew up in the Richmond area and was lucky enough to also go to VCU for medical school. She enjoys the beach, mountains, vineyards and a good restaurant and brewery scene. Favorite place to be: hanging out on the rocks on the James River off of the Buttermilk Trail or at Texas Beach.

Anighoro joined Connecticut Orthopaedics based in Hamden, Connecticut. Anighoro completed his undergraduate degree at Yale University in 2009. After graduation, he spent a year doing neuroscience research at the Yale Medical School (Kavli Institute for Neuroscience) and then matriculated at Dartmouth for medical school, where he completed the M.D./MBA program in 2015.
Anighoro completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at Medical College of Wisconsin in 2020. He completed a fellowship in adult reconstruction and a value-based health care delivery fellowship in Austin, Texas. In addition to clinical interests in adult reconstruction, he is interested in health care operations, health care delivery, business management and policy.
