About
Hirsh D. Trivedi, M.D., M.S., is a board-certified gastroenterologist and hepatologist specializing in the management of acute and chronic liver diseases. He completed his gastroenterology fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School, where he served as chief fellow.
Trivedi has a strong interest in clinical research, supported by an National Institutes of Health T32 research fellowship and a master’s in epidemiology from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. He was recognized with the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases Transplant Hepatology Fellow Award for his research contributions. He completed advanced training in transplant hepatology and subsequently served as a transplant hepatologist at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where he cared for patients throughout the liver transplant continuum and conducted clinical trials in metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease.
During his time at Cedars-Sinai, Trivedi consistently ranked in the top 10% for patient satisfaction among his peers. He remains actively involved in the field as a journal reviewer, speaker and clinical researcher, and he is a member of international societies, including the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases, American Society of Transplantation and American College of Gastroenterology.
