Eligibility

To be eligible for the Vascular Neurology Fellowship program, applicants must:

  • Successfully complete an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education-accredited residency in neurology by the fellowship start date.
  • Be a U.S. citizen, have an employment authorization document or be eligible for a J-1 visa.
  • Complete and pass all United States Medical Licensing Examination and/or Comprehensive Osteopathic Medical Licensure Examination testing by fellowship start date.
  • Provide three recommendation letters, one of which should be from the neurology program director.

How to Apply

The program participates in the National Resident Matching Program and adheres to its policies and principles. Applications must be submitted through the Electronic Residency Application Service. Application submissions begin December 1, The program will review and applications and extend interviews through April 1. Match day for vascular neurology fellowships occurs in mid-May, with training beginning the following academic year on July 1.
