Sponsored Projects Administration

The Sponsored Projects Administration team works with faculty members and staff to support the full lifecycle of a sponsored project.

Services

Dell Med’s work to rethink the role of academic medicine in improving health includes good stewardship of resources to maximize the return on investment for research — and the Sponsored Projects Administration team plays a key role in that. Contractual, financial and administrative support includes:

  • Proposal preparation
  • Budget development
  • Assistance with transferring grants
  • Pre- and post-award oversight
  • Coordination with internal and external partners and constituents
  • Assistance with regulatory compliance activities, including Institutional Review Board procedures
  • Contract support for sponsored research, such as data use, non-disclosure and material transfer agreements
