About the Event

This installment of the Visionaries in Innovation and Practice series features Pamela York, Ph.D. She is the founder and managing partner of Capita3, investing in early-stage health innovations. With over 25 years as an investor, entrepreneur and researcher, she has led more than 200 technology and startup deals and supported over 100 company launches. York previously led university-wide commercialization at the University of Iowa, launching 50 startups, and co-founded two venture-backed companies with successful exits. She holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering and is an inventor and published author.
