About the Event
In this installment of Pediatric Grand Rounds, Rachel Thienprayoon, M.D., MSCS, presents “Compassion, Quality and Clinician Well-Being: Centering the Humans in Health Care.” Thienprayoon is the chief clinical wellness officer for the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. She is also an associate professor in the Department of Anesthesia at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine.

Learning Objectives:
- Describe sources of suffering for clinicians.
- Define organizational compassion and articulate ways to operationalize compassion for themselves and one another.
- Describe the intersection of clinician and patient safety, patient and family experience and clinician well-being.
Target Audience:
