About the Event
In this installment of Pediatric Grand Rounds, Lisa M. Barber, M.D., and Donald K. Murphey, M.D., present “2025 Texas Legislative Summary.” Barber is the legislative and policy pillar co-lead for the Dell Medical School Pediatric Advocacy Committee, and Murphey is an assistant professor of pediatrics.

- Outline the legislative process in Texas.
- Summarize child and family health-focused legislation from the 2025 Texas legislative sessions.
- Provide an in-depth focus on immunization legislation.
