In this installment of Orthopaedic Grand Rounds, Hilton Gottschalk, M.D., presents “The Business of Medicine: Perspectives From a Private Practice Model.” Gottschalk is an assistant professor in the Department of Surgery and Perioperative Care at Dell Medical School.

By the end of this presentation, the audience participant should be able to:

  2. Discuss revenue cycle management.
  3. Discuss how to build a practice and maintain your practice.
