Ophthalmology Case Conference: The Pediatric Eye

About the Event

The Department of Ophthalmology and Mitchel and Shannon Wong Eye Institute’s Case Conferences presents “The Pediatric Eye: Essential Lessons from PGY-2 Residents.” Our PGY-2s will present their most interesting cases for audience discussion.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Recognize common signs and symptoms of pediatric eye disease.
  2. Describe current diagnostic and treatment considerations for pediatric ophthalmic conditions.
  3. Apply clinical pearls from resident-led cases to the care of pediatric patients with eye disorders.

Enjoy a reception from 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The lecture follows from 6–7 p.m.
