About the Event
The Department of Ophthalmology and Mitchel and Shannon Wong Eye Institute’s Case Conferences presents “Retina Insights: Resident Case Challenges.” Our PGY-3s will present their most interesting cases for audience discussion.
Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Analyze complex ophthalmic cases to develop evidence-based differential diagnoses and management plans.
- Interpret ophthalmic imaging and diagnostic testing to support accurate clinical decision-making.
- Apply current clinical guidelines and emerging evidence to the treatment of common and complex eye diseases.
- Evaluate management options for challenging cases, including complications and atypical presentations.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to improve vision and overall patient outcomes.
Enjoy a reception from 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The lecture follows from 6–7 p.m.
