Prioritize your health during Breast Cancer Awareness Month by scheduling your 3D screening mammogram at UT Health Austin’s Imaging Center. Our advanced 3D mammography technology provides clearer images and more accurate results, while our friendly, knowledgeable mammography technologists are dedicated to making your experience comfortable, welcoming and compassionate.
Patients 40 and older can schedule a screening mammogram without a physician referral. We also welcome patients under 40 with a doctor’s order and patients under 30 with a pre-approved order from a breast radiologist. Patients with a doctor’s order for bone densitometry may also schedule their bone density screening during this time.
Appointments are available throughout the year, but patients who complete their screening mammogram during the Oct. 12-15 and Nov. 2-4 dates will enjoy the “Love Yourself: Mammogram Screening” experience, featuring breast health resources, refreshments and thoughtful touches to make your visit more enjoyable.
