In this installment of Internal Medicine Grand Rounds, J. Bryan Sexton, Ph.D., presents “Evidence-Based Sleep Hygiene: Advanced Insights on Rest for the Weary.” Sexton is the Chief Wellness Officer of Duke Health Integrated Practice and Director of the Duke Center for the Advancement of Well-being Science

Objectives
By the end of this presentation, the audience participant should be able to:
- Demonstrate evidence-based strategies to improve sleep quantity, quality, and consistency.
- Demonstrate the use of sleep hygiene tactics to improve well-being.
- Describe which evidence-based sleep tactics are most appropriate for their unique situation.

- Primary: Internal Medicine faculty, residents, fellows and associate providers
- Secondary: Medical students, Family Medicine faculty and residents
