In this installment of Internal Medicine Grand Rounds, Read Pierce, M.D., presents “Building Well-Being Into Clinical Systems: A Model for (Re)Design.” Pierce is a professor of medicine at University of Colorado’s School of Medicine.

- Identify tensions between current systems redesign methods and clinician well-being.
- Explore a model for improving system performance and well-being simultaneously.
- Highlight how to weave sources of clinician well-being into clinical systems.
