The intended audience for this workshop include early career faculty or those looking to brush up their skills in biomedical writing best practices.

About the Facilitator
E. Steve Roach, M.D., is a professor of neurology and pediatrics at Dell Medical School. He serves as the associate chair for clinical integration and operations for the Department of Neurology and is chief of the UT Health Austin Pediatric Neuroscience Program at Dell Children’s Hospital. Roach is the founding editor of Annals of the Child Neurology Society, an affiliate journal of Annals of Neurology. He previously served as editor-in-chief of Pediatric Neurology for nine years and as an associate editor of JAMA Neurology for 14 years. He is a member of five other journal editorial boards. He has written or edited ten books and has published over 200 journal articles, commentaries and chapters.
