By the end of this presentation, the audience participant should be able to:

  1. Review historical content related to medical ethics and the Holocaust
  2. Examine how integrating medical ethics and the history of medical atrocities, such as the Holocaust, into undergraduate medical education can shape ethical development and prepare future physicians for contemporary challenges in medicine
  3. Discuss formative experiential learning from a recent trip through the medical student perspective and its implications on professional identity formation
