Dell Medical School’s Department of Pediatrics is hosting its annual Pediatric Research Symposium to highlight the department’s research, create awareness throughout the department about work done in other divisions and provide an opportunity for trainees and faculty to present locally before presenting at national meetings.
Submission for abstracts opens Jan. 21 and will close Feb. 11 at midnight.

Oral Research and Quality Improvement Presentations Abstracts accepted as presentations are assigned an eight-minute session followed by two minutes for Q&A.
Poster Reception Authors discuss their projects and answer questions. Poster awards are presented for:
- Best Student Poster (Undergraduate, Graduate or Medical Student)
- Best Resident Poster
- Best Fellow Poster
- Best Staff Poster
- Best Faculty Poster
