As you begin your career in health management and pursue formative experiences, I invite you to consider the inaugural administrative fellowship program at The University of Texas Medical Center, anchored by Dell Medical School.

This two-year fellowship at one of the nation’s newest academic medical centers will provide you with:

The opportunity for growth through a responsive and challenging environment with progressively increasing levels of responsibility
One year of rotations and projects in a variety of administrative areas across a broad range of services and sites that are part of UT and our network of partners
A second year in a management role focused on a particular clinical or support service unit aligned with your professional goals and interests as well as enterprise priorities
Active participation in the development of a specialty hospital at UT Medical Center, including all stages from design to operation (This is a $1.3 billion project slated to open in 2030 with 16 operating rooms and 250 beds initially, with space for an additional 14 ORs and 100 beds.)
Mentorship and support from the chief administrative officer via a direct reporting relationship
