Traci Nordberg, J.D.

About

Traci Nordberg serves as chief human resources officer for Dell Medical School and the emerging academic medical center. In this role, she leads the strategy, vision and operations of the human resources function, guiding the development of a best-in-class employee experience and the systems needed to support a rapidly growing academic health enterprise. Her portfolio includes talent acquisition, learning and development, talent and performance management, employee engagement, total rewards, and HR technology and analytics.

Nordberg brings extensive experience leading enterprise human resources strategy and transformation in large, complex and fast-changing organizations, including academic and health care environments. Across her career, she has led HR organizations supporting workforces ranging from a few hundred to more than 80,000 employees, aligning talent, culture and systems during periods of growth, integration and organizational change.

Her work has included advancing modern HR operating models, strengthening compensation and workforce strategies, and leading digital enablement efforts to improve scalability, transparency and service delivery. Her experience supports Dell Medical School’s commitment to building a digitally enabled, community-anchored academic medical center grounded in putting patients first.
