About
Swetha Venkataraman provides project management support for research studies and initiatives. In this role, she helps coordinate the day-to-day management and operations of multiple large-scale research projects. She is also responsible for clinical communications with various industry sponsors, as well as central and local IRBs, vendors and investigators. In addition, she supports strategic planning for research programs and ensures effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. She drives quality improvement in research by advancing best practices and process enhancements.
Venkataraman completed her MPH from the University of Waterloo, Canada. She has experience working in varied health care settings, including academic medical centers, provincial programs, cancer trials and enhanced recovery initiatives. She has a strong interest in the representation of vulnerable populations in research and advancing health equity.
