About
Suzette Nava provides high-level administrative support to the associate dean of innovation and entrepreneurship at Dell Medical School and the director of clinical research in the Department of Pediatrics.
Nava’s responsibilities include providing support for various research programs and meetings. She also handles procurement and payment processing, travel support and event planning for the Department of Pediatrics.
Nava has worked for the University of Texas since 1995. She previously managed and coordinated a variety of high-level programs and events such as the College of Natural Sciences’ career fair, health professions fair, undergraduate research forum, on-campus recruiting, Health Professions Lecture Series, Teaching Discovery Day, and FRI and CURE conferences.
Nava holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in business management from Concordia University at Austin. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family, walking trails, baking and other handmade crafting.
