About

Sarah Kelly provides support as a business analyst to the pediatric cardiothoracic surgery staff and faculty at the Texas Center for Pediatric and Congenital Heart Disease. Kelly’s scope of work includes assisting in the facilitation of procurement, payment, travel and reimbursement procedures, as well as budget and business process improvements.

Just beginning her career, Kelly has had experience in fast-paced health care and private equity client work for an analytics firm and a global consulting firm. She has a strong commitment to innovation, seeking to help implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity.

Kelly is a graduate of the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with a degree in business management with a focus in finance and a minor in Italian. She is also a trained public speaker by Rising Voices of Narcolepsy and is passionate about raising awareness for sleep disorders, sleep health and overall wellness. Her speaking engagements are primarily educational short presentations for future health care workers at medical schools, nursing schools and PA schools to bring awareness to rare sleep disorders.

Since graduating from UT Knoxville, Kelly has called Austin home for almost two years. When she’s not working, Kelly can be found baking various desserts, practicing yoga or barre, reading novels and spending time with her husband, dog and two cats. She has a drive to use her personal experience having a rare sleep disorder to raise awareness as much as she can for sleep health and sleep disorders. The result of this interest is a desire to further her education in health care administration in the future.
