Rhonda Aubrey, MHI

Rhonda Aubrey, MHI, supports the identification, testing and scaling of novel approaches to health found outside the four walls of the clinic to achieve health improvements, working with health care payers to identify investment opportunities in these drivers of health.

Prior to joining Dell Medical School, Aubrey managed a California health care network of eight federally qualified health centers for over 20 years as chief operating officer of Community Health Center Network. She has expertise in working with health plan partners to understand cost drivers and motivators for investments in drivers of health.

Aubrey has a background in both nursing and business and holds a master’s degree in health care innovation that supports her passion for building new models to address chronic challenges in the health care environment and promote greater health outcomes for populations.
