Nikki Willison

About

Nikki Willison is the development associate for institutional priorities, outreach and events at Dell Medical School. Before joining Dell Med in 2022, Willison was a research associate in prospect development at Texas State University. Prior to higher education, she worked in the nonprofit sector for almost a decade at United Way for Greater Austin, National Domestic Violence Hotline, Amigos de las Americas and Bay Area Turning Point. Straight out of college, Willison worked in quality control and commodities, trading for two of the three green coffee importers in the state of Texas.

She sits on the board of directors for the Arthritis Foundation of Central and South Texas. She was the event chair of the 2021 Jingle Bell Run and is the current warrior engagement chair for the Walk to Cure Arthritis. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from Texas State University.
