Nerlyne Desravines, M.D.

Nerlyne Desravines, M.D., is a board-certified gynecologic oncologist with Women’s Health, a clinical partnership between UT Health Austin and Ascension Seton. She specializes in the medical and surgical treatment of gynecologic malignancies.

Desravines attended the University of South Florida and went on to earn her medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine. She completed her internship and residency at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and her fellowship in gynecologic oncology training at Johns Hopkins University.

Desravines’ research focuses on health equity in individuals with gynecologic malignancies and quality improvement for perioperative outcomes. She is an active member of the Society of Gynecologic Oncology.
