Natalia Quintanilla, M.A.

About

Natalia Quintanilla serves as a partner to the department chair, associate chair and other members of the leadership team, focusing on department operations, budget development and financial reporting, recruitment and staff development. In partnership with the department leadership team, she provides strategic leadership, maintains programs, ensures appropriate fiduciary stewardship and operational excellence, and helps steer the direction for the department.

Prior to Dell Medical School, she worked at St. Edward’s University in a graduate program management and student services capacity for the Bill Munday School of Business. Additionally, she was an adjunct faculty member in the School of Education at St. Edward’s University for eight years. She has more than 20 years of experience in higher education, including working in the dean’s office at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.

Quintanilla holds a Bachelor of Arts in history from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Arts in history from The University of Texas at Dallas.
