Melissa Huddleston

Melissa Huddleston works within Dell Medical School’s Office of Research, where she partners with leadership to transform strategy into action—planning, executing and delivering complex initiatives that advance the school’s research enterprise. A builder of systems and teams, Huddleston leads efforts that create structure for innovation and measurable impact.

Previously, Huddleston was assistant director of administration at Dell Med, implementing cancer program operations and administrative strategy. A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, Huddleston launched her career at the Texas State Historical Association overseeing administration and educational initiatives, and later advanced to university events within Texas Development, managing high-profile events, projects and strategic communications.
