Maureen Cleary, MSN, APRN

Maureen Cleary is a nurse practitioner, providing preoperative and postoperative care to patients requiring cardiac surgery interventions, both in hospital and clinic settings. Prior to joining Dell Medical School, she spent five years at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania as an inpatient cardiac surgery nurse practitioner.

Cleary obtained her master’s in nursing with a concentration in adult gerontology acute care from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Cleary’s work included 13 years of bedside nursing experience in a variety of settings, including in the ER and intensive care unit as well as cardiac medicine.
