Marina Chapell, LMSW

Marina Chapell, LMSW, is a social worker at UT Health Austin Pediatric Psychiatry at Dell Children’s, a clinical partnership between Dell Children’s Medical Center and UT Health Austin. Chapell is working towards her clinical license to become a licensed clinical social worker. She has experience in inpatient psychiatric hospitals, with adult, adolescent and latency populations. Prior to UT, Chapell worked in family court services advocating for the best interest of children as a guardian ad litem. She is currently working on being nationally certified in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and specializes in working with children and adolescents.
