Mae Reyes

About

Mae Reyes provides executive and administrative support within the Dean’s Office at Dell Medical School. In this capacity, she plays a pivotal role in managing complex schedules, coordinating travel arrangements and overseeing office projects with precision and proficiency.

Before joining Dell Med, Reyes held key administrative roles at prominent institutions, including Baylor College of Medicine. At BCM, she served as the executive assistant to the provost and senior vice president of academic and faculty affairs, where she liaised between key stakeholders, managed extensive calendars and served as coordinator for the academic affairs committee of the board of trustees and other commissions. Reyes also provided crucial support to the accreditation liaison and the provost’s project management office, contributing to BCM’s accreditation efforts.

Reyes holds a BBA from the University of Houston-Downtown in Houston, Texas. In addition to her professional accomplishments, she is actively engaged in various professional associations, including the Association of American Medical Colleges’ Deans’ Assistant Group and the BCM Federal Credit Union Supervisory Committee, where she contributes her expertise and insights to further organizational goals.
