About
Krystle Bartley has over ten years of experience as a quality improvement coach for hospitals and organizations. In addition to her role at Dell Medical School, she serves as director of quality improvement initiatives for the National Pediatric Readiness Quality Initiative. The scope of her expertise ranges from helping hospitals apply improvement concepts and tools to their daily workflows to advising national collaboratives on strategies for wide-scale implementation of evidence-based practices.
Bartley has a special niche in developing performance measures with key stakeholders using the Delphi process. Her partnerships over the years include the American Academy of Pediatrics, Children’s Hospital Association of Texas, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response, Pediatric Consortium for Disaster Response and a host of projects sponsored by Emergency Medical Services for Children.
