About

Kimberly Mooney, M.S., APRN, CPNP-PC, specializes in the management and treatment of pediatric concussions.

Mooney earned her master’s in nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, where she graduated summa cum laude, and her bachelor’s in nursing from Texas Christian University. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked at both Dell Children’s Medical Center and Children’s Medical Center Dallas as a trauma/surgical nurse.

Mooney is an active member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. She has also achieved certification in the Credentialed ImPACT Consultant Program.
