Kaley Aguero

Kaley Aguero is a senior executive support and operations leader with extensive experience in higher education and academic health settings. She specializes in helping senior leaders and their organizations operate more effectively by building clear processes, strengthening internal communications and coordinating complex initiatives across teams.

Over the course of her career at the University of Texas at Austin and Dell Medical School, Aguero has supported deans, chiefs of staff and executive leaders through roles of increasing responsibility. She has led administrative operations, supported large-scale events and strategic projects, and helped create systems and standards that improve consistency and accountability. Aguero holds a Master of Arts from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin.
