About
Justin Wyrick, MBA, MSBA, is the senior director of operations and strategy for the Departments of Neurology and Neurosurgery at Dell Medical School. He is responsible for the overall strategic, administrative, operational and financial activities across both departments, in support of the department chairs, David Paydarfar, M.D., and Nicholas Barbaro, M.D.
Wyrick joined Dell Medical School from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, where he served as senior director of Provider Incentive Programs. In that role, he led physician compensation strategy and supported operational and financial performance across a large, multi-specialty faculty practice. He previously served as senior clinical department administrator for the Department of Otolaryngology at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, where he supported departmental growth, faculty recruitment and the development of clinical and academic programs. He has held multiple leadership roles within academic medicine and has experience in physician compensation design, operational strategy and clinical practice management.
Wyrick received his master’s degrees from Texas Tech University.
