John Daigre

About
John Daigre is the executive director of communications and external affairs at Dell Medical School at The University of Texas at Austin. He previously was director of communications at the Clinical and Translational Science Institute at the University of California, San Francisco.
During 20-plus years of experience focused on marketing/communication in health and education, he has also served as marketing director for World Leaders Travel in San Francisco; communications consultant at the California Healthcare Foundation in Oakland; program manager for the Pediatric AIDS Trust, Zimbabwe; and as a Peace Corps volunteer in Thailand. Daigre is originally from South Louisiana and has a degree in journalism from LSU.
