Janene Castaldi

Janene Castaldi joined Dell Medical School in 2026, serving as assistant director of Development, Donor and Alumni Relations.

Before joining Dell Med, Castaldi spent more than a decade in advancement at Yale University, where she supported philanthropic and alumni engagement efforts through volunteer management, stewardship and strategic events. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Charter Oak State College and also brings experience in hospitality and event management, bringing a relationship-focused approach to her work.
