About
Gretchen Fuller, M.D., FACEP, FACH, is an emergency medicine and pediatric emergency medicine physician, and she serves as assistant director of patient experience with US Acute Care Solutions. Her professional focus is using interpersonal communication skills training to foster human connection, promote health equity and improve the lives of both patients and health care professionals.
She is a faculty member of the Academy of Communication in Healthcare, where she facilitates workshops on foundational patient-clinician interactions, conflict engagement, appreciative coaching, equity and inclusion, feedback conversations and leading teams. She is a certified health care peer coaching practitioner with the Physician Coaching Institute.
