Erika Aurioles

About

Erika Aurioles, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker in the Women’s Health Institute, a clinical partnership between Ascension Seton and UT Health Austin. She is also part of UT Health Austin’s Integrated Behavioral Health care team. She specializes in a client-centered approach, using principles from various therapy modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and trauma-informed interventions.

Aurioles earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology at the University of Connecticut and a master’s degree in social work at Hunter College. Aurioles has experience as a case manager and mental health provider in community-based settings and in inpatient mental health settings. She has worked with youth, adults, families and groups. Aurioles’ clinical interests include expanding her knowledge around trauma-informed care to support individuals as they attend to their well-being.
