About

Emily Vinas, Ed.D., joined Dell Medical School in 2015 as the director of educational strategy and program development for the department. All women’s health educational efforts operate under her leadership including the medical student, residency, fellowship and continuing education programs.

She is a UT Austin alum, having earned her bachelor’s degree in radio-television-film from the Moody College of Communication. She completed her master’s degree in curriculum and instruction and her doctoral degree in educational leadership at the University of Houston.
