About
Elizabeth Willett, M.Ed, provides programmatic, administrative and executive support within Dell Medical School. Prior to joining Dell Med, she worked as a patient service specialist supervisor at Baylor Scott & White pediatrics. She also worked as a program coordinator with interpreter services at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she took leadership and led initiatives to ensure patient care and staff safety during one of the most challenging times in health care. She served as an executive assistant for over 15 years to multinational corporate CEOs and presidents. She also has experience teaching early childhood English and Spanish as well as adult English.
Willett is passionate about solving challenges, fostering innovation and driving collaboration. Her career has given her the privilege of working closely with high-level executives, organizing and overseeing meetings involving presidents of different countries, royalty and global leaders as well as coordinating her executive’s participation in international events such as the World Economic Forum, board meetings for multinational organizations such as Bombardier Aviation, and The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. With a background in both executive support and various health care leadership roles, she is committed to excellence, strategic problem-solving and empowering others.
