Courtney Mulligan, M.A.

About

Courtney Mulligan is a program manager for the Health Ecosystem’s Factor Health team at Dell Medical School. Originally from New York, Mulligan also lived in New Jersey, England and Germany before moving to Texas in 2016. She holds a bachelor’s degree in cognitive psychology from The College of New Jersey and a master’s degree in music psychology research from The University of Sheffield.

Mulligan brings experience in clinical research project management and coordination from positions held at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, Baylor College of Medicine/Texas Children’s Hospital and Dell Medical School’s Department of Population Health. She is an active member of the Dell Med Culture Council and Diversity, Climate and Engagement Committee. Outside of Dell Med, she serves as a mentor for the nonprofit GirlForward, a community of support dedicated to empowering refugee girls who have resettled with their families in Austin.

Driven by her commitment to improving health equity in the Austin community, she is excited to support the planning and daily operations for Factor Health’s innovative community-based initiatives and health interventions.
