About
Benjamin A. Lang, M.D., MPH, FAAP, is a board-certified pediatric emergency medicine physician at Dell Children’s Medical Center and serves as deputy medical director for Travis County EMS Department of Clinical Performance and Education and STAR Flight. He completed his pediatric residency at Seattle Children’s Hospital and fellowship in pediatric emergency medicine at The University of Texas at Austin and Dell Children’s Medical Center.
Lang’s academic interests include prehospital pediatric care, bereavement communication and medical education, with multiple peer-reviewed publications and national presentations in these areas. He is also actively involved in EMS education and pediatric curriculum development, mentoring trainees and advancing pediatric emergency readiness across Texas and beyond.
