Ashleigh Moses, M.S., M.A., leads initiatives that enhance faculty development, streamline appointment, evaluation and promotion processes, and optimizes information systems that support faculty success. She brings over a decade of experience in higher education advocacy and administration at both local and national levels, including roles at the Association of American Medical Colleges, The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and The University of Texas at Austin.

Moses has a strong record of launching impactful programs, driving institutional change and fostering collaborative networks. Her work is grounded in a commitment to advancing Dell Medical School’s mission by cultivating environments where faculty can thrive.

Moses contributes to broader conversations on faculty affairs through her involvement with the Texas Consortium for Faculty Success and her service on the Association of American Medical Colleges’ Group on Faculty Affairs Steering Committee.
