Associate Director of Development Communications, Development
Angela Curtis is associate director of development communications at Dell Medical School. She writes about the critical role philanthropy plays in realizing Dell Med’s mission to revolutionize how people get and stay healthy.
She has worked for The University of Texas at Austin since 2005. Prior to joining Dell Med in 2015, she wrote about philanthropy to UT for the Office of the President and the University Development Office. She also has extensive experience as a newspaper reporter and editor in Salt Lake City; Reno, Nevada; and Moscow, Idaho.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in English literature from the University of Idaho.
In her spare time, she enjoys live music and theater, reading, dogs and watching college football with her family. She and her husband have two grown daughters.
