About

Amy Papermaster, Ph.D., NP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Papermaster focuses on promotion of health and prevention of disease for women across the lifespan and is passionate about helping women with complex gynecologic conditions achieve their treatment goals. She works to improve women’s quality of life by forging patient partnerships and embracing compassionate and comprehensive care.

A native Texan, Papermaster earned Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degrees at The University of Texas at Austin. She received a Master of Science degree from Vanderbilt University. Research interests include transdisciplinary knowledge-sharing and collaboration and advancing the field of women’s health in areas such as vulvar, pelvic-floor and pelvic pain disorders.

Outside of the care room, Papermaster enjoys spending time outside in the Texas Hill Country and Austin-area lakes. Other favorite activities include staying active, beekeeping, traveling and spending time with her husband, Aaron; son, Jack; and daughters, Olive and Charlie.
