About
Amna Dermish is an affiliate faculty member in the Department of Women’s Health at Dell Medical School. She received a medical degree from the University of Colorado and completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia. Following her interest in reproductive health, she completed a fellowship in family planning at the University of Utah.
Dermish’s primary research interests are in identifying barriers to health care access and developing strategies to overcome them. Her work at Dell Medical School allows her to maintain her commitment to increasing access to reproductive health services through research and education.
